With over 20 years of leadership and decision-making experience, Trevor brings a rare combination of fintech innovation, product management excellence, and military discipline. Throughout his career, he’s led agile product teams, development groups, and cross-functional initiatives driving meaningful growth and innovation in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments. 

Before joining Wealth Access, Trevor spent more than seven years at Thomson Reuters Confirmation, most recently serving as Manager of Product Management, where he led the Asset Verification platform and development of its next-generation platform. Under his leadership, the team launched multiple new fintech products and customer migrations, growing revenues by more than 250% in just three years. 

Earlier in his career, Trevor served as Senior Director of Intelligence Operations in the U.S. Marine Corps, leading global cross-functional teams and honing skills in strategic planning, relationship building, and analytical decision-making for over a decade that continue to shape his leadership style today.
